Project Overview
Weston Park Development
Castlepoint Weston Limited Partnership is pleased to announce the redevelopment of the lands at 1871, 1879 and 1885 Weston Road, the Weston Park Baptist Church and the former Scotiabank building properties. This redevelopment is a joint partnership between the Weston Park Baptist Church and Castlepoint Numa.
We aim to revitalize the site by creating a mixed-use development which will support the existing church spaces and programs while introducing a variety of new uses, including community, residential and commercial/retail uses.
The key elements of this proposal include significant community space, heritage conservation, public open space at grade, and transit-oriented development.
We anticipate the following milestones will be reached
2020
Preparation of preliminary project concept design
Financial feasibility review of the project concept design to confirm viability
Finalize preliminary project concept design
2021
Virtual public meeting and circulation of preliminary concept design to the Weston community and stakeholders for feedback and revise plan to respond to feedback
