Site Plan Application & Zoning Bylaw Amendment Resubmission

We submitted our first Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-Law Amendment Applications on October 29, 2021.

We had waited on the full set of comments from the City of Toronto and other commenting agencies. The City held a virtual community meeting on June 14, 2022, and had the Site Plan Application and Zoning Bylaw Amendment submitted on Dec 22, 2022.
