Concept Design – Almost Ready for Your Review!

We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting a virtual community meeting in August 2021. This concept design is the result of a more than a year of work by the design team – SvN Architects, GPA Architects, our planners at Urban Strategies, our transportation consultants at BA Group and our civil engineers at IBI Group – as well as the partnership. We are very excited to show you our proposal!

We will be collecting your feedback to inform our first Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-Law submission, which be submitted to the City of Toronto for their review after we have had the opportunity to collect and review all community feedback. We look forward to receiving your thoughts later this summer!

Please note that it is preliminary concept design and will evolve in response to your feedback, as well as feedback from City Staff as it goes through the iterative approvals process.
