Official Plan Amendment & Rezoning Application Submitted

We are pleased to announce that we submitted our first Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-Law Amendment Applications on October 29, 2021. The purpose of these applications is to confirm the built form and massing, overall approach to the redevelopment of the site, and technical requirements such as civil servicing. The proposed development includes the retention of the two historic buildings on site, a new public plaza, and two residential towers connected by a new podium that contains a new sanctuary/performance hall for the Weston Park Baptist Church, a full-size gymnasium, and many flexible community spaces.  

You can review the entire submission package here, and it will also be available on the City of Toronto Development Applications Portal in the near future. In the future Site Plan Application, design details such as material palette, plant species, and locations for public art and public realm furnishings will be confirmed.
